Agia Farango - A View From The Heights

If you actually make the effort to climb all the way up the gorge you'll be rewarded with a panorama view that will incorporate the spirit of the Cretan mountain shepherds in you.

Up here there is another steepy gorge - almost impossible to climb down and to photograph. It reaches all the way down to the sea forming a funnel.

Since in some parts of the mountains you can only alight under ground and you can also hear the screeches of the wild birds you could almost believe to be back in the Jurassic period.
